At Dandelion Garden Montessori, the garden is more than a place to play—it is a living classroom. Children spend at least an hour each day outdoors, exploring our organic garden and fruit trees, where they experience the beauty of nature and the rewards of caring for it.
Guided by Dr. Maria Montessori’s words, “The land is where our roots are. The children must be taught to feel and live in harmony with the Earth,” we weave the principles of cosmic education into the early years. Through planting, observing, and discovering the cycles of life, children begin to see themselves as part of something larger, developing gratitude and a sense of belonging.
Our approach gently supports the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—through hands-on experiences that cultivate independence, imagination, and reverence for life. In this way, children grow with both strong roots and open wings.
